ChetanaChildrenCenter( CCC ) : was founded by a group of University students who were very much concerned and bothered about the living condition of the most underprivileged and low caste children of Nepal . The concept of social service was initialize by a small boy working in a restaurant . All the members of CCC are deeply concerned about the number of children living on the margins of society , out of reach from existing social institutions . They aspired and wish to raise the issue of child labour and child rights for the social emancipation and for the integration of child rights to the broader social movement for freedom , peace and equality . They also dedicated themselves to establish concerned group which would help protect children living and working in the most difficult circumstances . CCC's dedication started since 2003 to provide health and quality education for the needy children in a peaceful environment . This organization has been legally registered in District Administration Office , Kaski , Nepal , as per the Institution Registration Act 1986 ( Reg. no , 1267 ) and also associated with Social Welfare Council ( SWC ) , Kathmandu ( No . 16068 ) . Its commitment is to provide an opportunity for the Poor , Needy , Socially dominated and the Orphans . All the members of CCC are quite aware that : a child becomes a pillar for a better tomorrow – So , it believes that working for them is just not a charitable action but one which can bring about social change .
